Keep following the path until you find a strange mechanism. Approaching it will trigger a cutscene and activate the Secret Source dragon.

Follow Ehecatl and interact with the pillar of light on the ground to activate the mechanism. This will trigger a cutscene and finally reveal the Ancient Sacred Mountain.

Keep exploring

Follow the quest navigation and keep moving until you reach the Central Axis in the Sacred City. Once there, another cutscene will begin, and you will get two new sub-quests titled The Forsaken Sea of Wisdom and Sealed Site of Sacrifice. How to unlock the quest

You can unlock The Sealed Site of Sacrifice quest during The Frozen, Rekindling Land quest. It will automatically appear on your quest tab once you reach the Celestial Axis. Completing The Forsaken Sea of Wisdom quest beforehand is also recommended because of the quest location.

After completing The Forsaken Sea of Wisdom, ride the Spiritway and head to the floating island southeast of the Sea of Shifting Sentience. Once there, summon the Secret Source Dragon Idol and ride it to reach the Flame-Melding Ritual grounds.

Indwell a Tatankasaur and follow the path until you reach the ritual grounds. This will trigger a cutscene, and you will get instructions to break the seal outside the Astral Assemblage.

Break the seal over the Astral Assemblage(s)

To break the seal, you must first create a path to connect all 3 floors of the ritual grounds and use it to charge as a Tatankasaur to smash the large rock seal.

Floor 1

Start by indwelling a Tatankasaur and pushing the platform on the right side to the left. Hitting the platform once will be enough. Luckily, you can easily identify all the platforms you need to push since they all have red cracks.

Floor 2

Head to the next floor and push the platform on the left to reveal a small room behind the wall. Next, smash all the blocks inside the room and exit from the other end.

Once you're out, turn left and push the platform twice.

Floor 3

Go to the third floor and turn right before charging towards the platform. This will reveal another hidden corridor behind the wall. However, the entrance is blocked by a large block, so you can't enter it normally. Instead, you must interact with the Spiritscone behind the concrete block to enter the corridor.

Once you're inside, activate the mechanism on the wall to remove the orange seal and charge towards the other end to switch off the moving floor. Next, smash the Pulverite to exit the corridor and turn left before pushing the platform twice. This will trigger a short cutscene showing that the path has successfully been created.

Break the seal over the Astral Assemblage(s)

Finally, indwell a Tatankasaur again and charge up towards the seal. Once the seal is broken, activate the Astral Assemblage to complete The Sealed Site of Sacrifice quest in Genshin Impact.

How to unlock the quest

The Forsaken Sea of Wisdom is automatically unlocked during The Frozen, Rekindling Land quest, another sub-quest in the Chronicler of the Crumbling City series.

Try to activate the Astral Assemblages(s)

Indwell the Yumkausaur using its Spiritscone for traversal and follow the quest navigation. On the way to the Astral Assemblage, you will find a Pulverite blocking your passage, but you don't have to worry about it. Simply use the Yumkasaur's ability to leap to get past the Phlogiston rocks.

Keep moving forward while following the navigation to find the Astral Assemblage and activate it. This will trigger the nearby mechanisms, and you must interact with them to charge the Astral Assemblage.

Charge the Astral Assemblage(s) - 1

Head north and defeat the Pyro slimes to free the small Secret Source dragons to activate the Spiritway. Next, indwell a Koholasaur and ride the Spiritway before diving into the flaming pool. Wait for a few seconds to trigger a cutscene.

Charge the Astral Assemblage(s) - 2

Head southwest towards the next quest destination and destroy the Phlogiston blocks with the Abyssal monsters on top to save the small Secret Source dragon. Next, use the Spiritway to get to the flaming pool. You will also find an Abyssal monster waiting near the pool, and defeating it will give you a Precious Chest. Once that is done, immerse yourself in the flaming pool for a few seconds.

Charge the Astral Assemblage(s) - 3

After the cutscene, use the Spiritway to head to the next location, only to find a dry pool. To fill the pool with Phlogiston, indwell the nearby Tatanksaur and charge towards the Pulverite. This will break the large Phlogiston rock and fill the pool. Once that is done, indwell a Koholasaur and enter the pool.

Use the Iridescent Beam to clear out the Abyss

Return to the Astral Assemblage's location and clear out the Abyss by activating all the Iridescent Beams.

Re-activate the Astral Assemblage(s)

Ride the Spiritway back to the Astral Assemblage and re-activate it. This will trigger one final cutscene and conclude The Forsaken Sea of Wisdom quest in Genshin Impact.

Once you've started the quest, interact with the Koholasaur Spiritscone near the ruin entrance and ride the Spiritway. You can leave the controls and enjoy the view while the Saurian rides the Spiritway and reaches its destination.

After the cutscene, exit the Koholasaurus form and indwell the nearby Qucusaurus. Next, leap into the air and follow the quest navigation to head to the top of the Skyfire Circlet. It is best to fly over the floating islands instead of going directly to the top since you can refill the Phlogiston bar and fly longer. In addition, it is highly advised to stay in the Qucusaurus form as the Phlogiston gas can drain your character's HP.

Once you reach the quest destination, a cutscene will begin in which a Qucusaur will steal the strange mechanism and dive into the crater.

Finally, leap into the crater of the Great Volcano of Tollan to complete the Nahuatzin's Leap quest in Genshin Impact.

Defeat the monsters

Approach the mobs and defeat them. There are only 3 Hilichurls, so you shouldn't have any problems. Once that is done, a long cutscene will begin, and the quest will introduce you to 2 NPCs named Nzaya and Kimosi.

Clear the Abyssal monsters from the ruins

Once you're done talking to the NPCs, head towards the ruins and defeat all the mobs near the entrance. Next, interact with the Tatankasaur Spiritscone and enter the small passage on the left side of the ruins. Keep moving ahead until you reach a dead end and find a small hole in the ground that you can use to enter the ruins.

Go deeper into the ruins to find several hilichurls and Exquisite Chests inside a large chamber. Defeat the mobs and interact with the chests to spawn the Abyssal enemies. Quickly defeat them and get an Exquisite Chest and 2 Precious Chest rewards.

Find a way into the Sacred Mountain

Follow the navigation and head to the quest location in Fallingstar Fields. Once there, you will trigger another quest titled Investigator of Ancient Ruins. You must complete this quest since it is connected with The Way Into the Mountain and will help you find the way to the Sacred Mountain.

After starting the Investigator of Ancient Ruins, defeat the Hilichurl enemies and save the NPCs before interacting with them.

Once you're done talking to the NPCs, head towards the ruins and defeat all the enemies before interacting with the Spiritscone to indwell a Tatankasaur. Head deeper into the ruins until you reach a large chamber with several Hilichurls and Exquisite Chests. Next, defeat the mobs and interact with the chests. Doing so will spawn multiple waves of Abyss enemies. Quickly defeat them to get 2 Precious Chests and 1 Exquisite Chest reward.

Kuro Games has officially confirmed the Wuthering Waves 2.2 banners. The new update will introduce a 5-star Havoc Resonator named Cantarella. Furthermore, you can look forward to the rerun banners of 2 popular characters from the Black Shores.

Phase I

The first phase of Wuthering Waves 2.2 will begin on March 27, 2025, and will feature the following characters:

• New - Cantarella (5-star Havoc - Rectifier)
• Camellya (5-star Havoc - Sword)
• Danjin (4-star Havoc - Sword)
• Chixia (4-star Fusion - Pistols)
• Yuanwu (4-star Electro - Gauntlets)

The version 2.2 livestream revealed most of Cantarella's abilities and it is safe to say that she is a strong character. Cantarella is an amazing support as she can heal her party members, apply crowd control on enemies, and buff the incoming Resonator's Resonance Skill and Havoc DMG. Furthermore, she can perform coordinated attacks, making her an amazing sub-DPS unit in teams with Camellya.

Speaking of Camellya, she will also get her first rerun in the first phase of Wuthering Waves 2.2. She is an amazing damage dealer so you can get her if you need a good DPS unit.

Shorekeeper's signature weapon, Stellar Symphony, will also be available on the weapon banner during the second half of Wuthering Waves 2.2.

Unfortunately, their banners will be shorter since the developers have confirmed that version 2.2's duration will be shorter than usual and version 2.3 will arrive early.

Vivid Notions is a limited weapon that will only be available on the weapon Event Wish when Varesa's banner is up.

Lost Prayer to the Sacred Winds

Lost Prayer to the Sacred Winds is also a 5-star Catalyst and the next-best weapon option for Varesa. It has a fairly high Base ATK with a large CRIT Rate second stat bonus. Luckily, Varesa also has a CRIT Rate ascension stat, so you can primarily focus on CRIT DMG when farming the artifacts. Meanwhile, the 5-star Catalyst's passive increases the Elemental DMG bonus of the wielder.

You can obtain Lost Prayer to the Sacred Winds from the permanent banner or by losing on the weapon banner.

Tome of the Eternal Flow

Tome of the Eternal Flow is a decent weapon for Varesa and can be used as a stat stick because of its high CRIT DMG bonus. That said, you can also use other weapons with CRIT stats since there isn't much difference between them and they are all only slightly better than the 4-star weapons.

Tome of the Eternal Flow is also a limited weapon and can only be obtained from the weapon banner when Neuvillette is on rate up.

Crane's Echoing Call

Crane's Echoing Call is a pretty decent choice for Varesa. While it doesn't have any CRIT stats, it provides a ton of ATK boost, thanks to its very high Base ATK and second stat. Furthermore, the weapon's passive significantly increases the wielder's Plunging Attack DMG, which is good for Varesa since most of her damage comes from Plunges.

You can obtain Crane's Echoing Call when Xianyun has a rate up since it is her signature.

The Widsith

The Widsith is the best 4-star weapon for Varesa in Genshin Impact. It has a high CRIT DMG second stat bonus and the weapon's passive provides a good amount of ATK and Elemental DMG bonuses. However, the Elemental Mastery bonus will be useless on Varesa. That said, you can still get the desired buff 2 out of 3 times so Widsith is still an amazing option.

At R5, The Widsith can even be better for Varesa than most other 5-star weapons.

Solar Pearl

Solar Pearl's passives are useless on Varesa but it is a good stat stick simply because of its CRIT Rate bonus, making it better than the craftable options. However, it is a Battle Pass weapon so purchasing it just for Varesa is not advisable.

Flowing Purity

Flowing Purity is a Fontaine craftable weapon and the best F2P weapon for Varesa in Genshin Impact. It provides a good amount of ATK and Elemental DMG Bonus. However, note that you will want to use a healer like Xianyun with Varesa to clear the Bond of Life to obtain the Elemental DMG Bonus from the weapon's passive.

Two new artifact sets in Genshin Impact 5.5

Long Night's Oath

Long Night's Oath is one of the two new artifacts that will be released in version 5.5. Below are its set bonuses:

• 2-pc bonus: Plunging Attack DMG increased by 25%
• 4-pc bonus: After the equipping character's Plunging Attack/Charged Attack/Elemental Skill hits an opponent, they will gain 1/2/2 stack(s) of "Radiance Everlasting." Plunging Attacks, Charged Attacks or Elemental Skills can each trigger this effect once every 1s. Radiance Everlasting: Plunging Attacks deal 15% increased DMG for 6s. Max 5 stacks. Each stack's duration is counted independently.

Long Night's Oath is a dedicated set for Plunging Attack DMG. The new set provides a ton of Plunging Attack DMG boost from both its 2-pc and 4-pc bonuses. It will be an amazing option for characters like Xiao, Gaming, Varesa, and even Diluc when paired with Xianyun.

Finale of the Deep Galleries

The other new artifact set in Genshin Impact 5.5 is the Finale of the Deep Galleries. Here are its complete set bonuses:

• 2-pc bonus: Cryo DMG Bonus +15%
• 4-pc bonus: When the equipping Character has 0 Elemental Energy, Normal Attack DMG is increased by 60% and Elemental Burst DMG by 60%. After the equipping character deals Normal Attack DMG, the Elemental Burst effect will stop applying for 6s. After the equipping character deals Elemental Burst DMG, the Normal Attack effect will stop applying for 6s. This effect can trigger even if the equipping character is off the field.

Based on the Finale of the Deep Galleries' 2-pc bonus, this set is meant for Cryo characters. Meanwhile, the 4-pc set bonus increases the user's Normal Attack DMG and Elemental Burst DMG. However, they are unusable on any character in the current roster due to the condition for triggering these effects. Therefore, the new set may likely be for an upcoming Cryo character.

Interestingly, Furina and Xilonen are the only two with more than a 90% usage rate. Slightly behind them is Neuvillette as the third most used character. He is one of the best damage dealers so it is no surprise that he is there.

Meanwhile, Mavuika is in the sixth spot with a 68.1% usage rate and is more popular than the other Archons. Unsurprisingly, Bennett is also one of the most popular characters in Spiral Abyss. He ranked #7 with a usage rate of 68% and is the only 4-star on the list.

The Wuthering Waves 2.2 livestream is scheduled to begin on March 21, 2025, at 7 pm (UTC+8). The developers will reveal a bunch of details about all the new content from the upcoming update.

Expected announcements in Wuthering Waves 2.2 livestream

Character showcase

Cantarella will be released as a playable character in version 2.2. She is a 5-star Havoc Resonator who uses a Rectifier and the livestream will showcase her main abilities and playstyle. The developers might also share some other information about Cantarella, such as her personality and how she usually operates.

Furthermore, Rover is expected to finally obtain the Aero Attribute in version 2.2 so the developers may showcase some of their abilities.

Banners

Cantarella is the only new character in Wuthering Waves 2.2. Besides her debut banner, you can expect at least 2 or 3 other 5-star Resonators to get a rerun banner. The Shorekeeper and Camellya have the highest chances of returning since they are the only ones without a rerun.

Weapon

You can also look forward to new weapon announcements. Cantarella will get her own signature 5-star Rectifier that will be featured on the weapon banner for a limited time. In addition, according to the beta info shared by Hakush.in, Rover will get a new signature Sword so the officials may share some details about it.

Events

Naturally, there will be new events announcements in the Wuthering Waves 2.2 livestream. This will give you a rough idea of how many free rewards you can get in the upcoming update.

New area and enemies

The beta leaks also show a Rinascita map expansion and a bunch of new enemies in the upcoming update. More details about them are expected to be revealed during the livestream. This may include new exploration mechanisms and quests.

Lastly, you can look forward to 3 new codes during the Wuthering Waves 2.2 livestream. 3 things you should know about Collective of Plenty

Tatankasauras

You can find a new and unique Saurian companion in Collective of Plenty called Tatankasaurus. They are big in size and gentle in nature, but extremely powerful and can run very fast, which is also their exploration ability. The Tatankasaurus can easily charge across land, water, and liquid Phlogiston when sprinting at full speed. Additionally, they can use the terrain differences to leap.

The Tatankasaurus can also smash through the rocks containing Phlogiston, also called Pulverite, and it can help during exploration.

Tribe's culture

The warriors of the Collective of Plenty love to test their raw strength. They also have a special arena where they hold various competitions, including wrestling. In addition, the ashes of the volcano have made the soil very fertile, making the land perfect for growing crops. Thanks to this, the food grown in Collective of Plenty tastes delicious and so they regularly have eating contests.

Speaking of the eating contest, the upcoming 5-star Electro character, Varesa, won the 242nd Inferno Stomach Supremo competition by eating 80 servings of Hot Spring O'Clock.

Volcano

The volcano near the Collective of Plenty sometimes erupts and rains down rocks in the area. People of the tribe are used to it and they just smash all the rocks into pieces. The Day of the Flame's Return livestream has confirmed that the Genshin Impact 5.5 banners will feature Varesa, Xilonen, Venti, and Xianyun. This article briefly discusses their in-game abilities and ranks them based on their pull value to see the best character to get in version 5.5.

1) Xilonen

Xilonen will get her first rerun in the second half and she is easily the best character to get in Genshin Impact 5.5. She is one of the best supports in the game as she can shred the enemy's resistance for multiple elements depending on the elemental types of the party members.

Additionally, Xilonen can heal the on-field unit based on her DEF, allowing her to fit into most teams. This makes her an extremely valuable support unit that is on par with Kazuha, if not better.

Xilonen can also easily climb walls and rocks, making her great for exploration, especially in Natlan.

2) Xianyun (Cloud Retainer)

If you already have Xilonen and don't plan to get more copies, Cloud Retainer is the next best character to get in Genshin Impact 5.5 as she has great versatility. Xianyun can increase the entire team's Plunging Attack DMG and CRIT Rate while also providing a party-wide heal that makes her a perfect pair with Furina. She also has access to the Viridescent Venerer set that allows her to shred the enemy's resistance.

While Xianyun is the best support for characters like Xiao, Gaming, Varesa, and even Diluc, her kit also opens up opportunities for more teams to try the Plunging playstyle, which wasn't possible before her release. In addition, Xianyun is great for exploration since her Elemental Skill allows her to travel long distances quickly.

3) Varesa

Varesa's playstyle might be unique, but there's not much to say about it since it is pretty straightforward. According to her gameplay showcase in the livestream, Varesa appears to be a fairly strong damage dealer who relies on her Charged Attack and Plunging Attack combos to deal damage. In addition, Varesa has a unique exploration ability that allows her to sprint fast and jump long distances. If you like her as a character and need a good DPS unit, you can try your luck on her banner.

4) Venti

Venti is the Anemo Archon but he is nowhere near as good as he was in the early updates of the game. He still has the strongest crowd-control ability that lets him pull small enemies inside a large AoE, but it becomes useless against bigger enemies and bosses. Venti can also use the Viridescent Venerer set, allowing him to shred the enemy's resistance. However, besides these abilities, he doesn't have much to offer.

Unless you're collecting all the Archons, you can skip Venti as isn't a great character to get in Genshin Impact 5.5.

Iansan is a 4-star Electro character who uses a Polearm. You can look forward to pulling her as she is a powerful support unit that can buff the on-field character's ATK from her Elemental Burst. The ATK bonus scale with Iansan's total ATK and amount of Nightsoul points she has, which means the higher the Nightsoul points, the higher the ATK boost.

Luckily, maintaining high Nightsoul points is pretty easy since it increases based on the distance moved by the active character, excluding Iansan herself. So, the more on-field unit moves, the more ATK boost it can get from Iansan.

Additionally, when a party member triggers a Nightsoul Burst, Iansan will heal the active unit for a short period of time.

All new characters and expected rerun banners in Honkai Star Rail 3.2

Phase I - April 8, 2025

Here is a list of all the characters expected to feature on the first half banners in Honkai Star Rail 3.2, as per the info shared by Sakura Haven:

• Castorice (5-star Quantum - Remembrance)
• Fugue (5-star Fire - Nihility)
• Acheron (5-star Lightning - Nihility)
• Jiaoqiu (5-star Fire - Nihility)
• Pela (4-star Ice - Nihility)
• Lynx (4-star Quantum - Abundance)

Castorice is the only new character in the first half of HSR 3.2, which will be released on April 8, 2025. The Genshin Impact 5.5 events have officially been revealed. As usual, the upcoming version will feature 5 new limited-time events that offer a ton of rewards, such as Primogems and a free 4-star character. Here are all the events you can look forward to in version 5.5.

Tournament in Glory of Bloom Event

Tournament in Glory of Bloom is the flagship event in Genshin Impact 5.5. The event features two different game modes called the Bloomflower Trials and Saurian Treasure Seeker.

The Bloomflower Trials game mode is an inter-tribal competition among the 6 tribes of Natlan that will test your offensive and defensive capabilities. For example, in an offensive battle with Mualani, you will form a team with her and try to capture the enemy's stronghold. Meanwhile, in a defensive battle with Varesa, you will help her defend against the attacks from the enemy tribe and prevent your flag from getting destroyed.

Saurian Treasure Seeker is the second game mode in the Tournament in Glory of Bloom event in Genshin Impact 5.5. In this gameplay, you must guide the Saurian on a treasure hunt by switching directions at various intersections while collecting the treasure and avoiding obstructions, such as hilichurls and lava points.

Completing the Tournament in Glory of Bloom event will give you the following rewards in Genshin Impact:

Genshin Impact finally revealed Ifa's first look during the version 5.5 livestream. He has been mentioned multiple times in the game, so many have been waiting to meet him.

Luckily, Travelers won't have to wait long since Ifa will make his first in-game appearance during the flagship event in the upcoming update.

Ifa's first look in Genshin Impact

The Genshin Impact 5.5 livestream has officially revealed Ifa's in-game appearance. Similar to his cartoonish artwork in front of his house and silhouette, he wears a hat and has a small Saurian companion named Cacucu.

Ifa has a tall male character model with white hair and a scar on his left eye and left arm. In addition, he has a black zig-zag line and dots tattooed around his neck. As for Ifa's clothing choice, he wears a white jacket over a black shirt and trousers. He also has something on his left chest, likely his identification badge.

Meanwhile, Ifa's Saurian companion, Cacucu, is small, round, and pink. Interestingly, it also has an identity tag tied to its body and can be seen wearing an eye patch with a red circle and a cross mark covering its left eye. It is unknown if this is because Cacucu is trying to copy Ifa or if it is a real injury.

Ifa's element and expected release version

Genshin Impact's Japanese livestream confirmed that Ifa is an Anemo character and can be seen wearing his vision on his back. This will also make him the first tall male Anemo character in the game. Ifa's weapon of choice and rarity are still unconfirmed, so you will have to wait until he's officially announced as playable.

Speaking of his availability, we can expect Ifa to be released at least before version 6.0 since the developers shared silhouettes of several characters during the version 5.3 livestream. Therefore, he will likely debut in either version 5.6, 5.7, or 5.8.
